           Wow!!!!
I wish I could forget about the month of February!
For all you kids out there, reading this, take note.
My 13-year-old son, who has never been in trouble before, was
arrested on February 11th, and charged with Felony
Harassment, for comments made the previous Friday.
He got an “F”, in one of his classes daily assignments, and
          started talking to himself.  He
had gotten an “A+” the day before.
His friends, heard him say he was “stupid”, should take a
shotgun and shoot himself, shoot some of the school staff, then steal
a helicopter from Ft. Lewis, WA and crash it into Madigan Army
Hospital, and they reported him to the office.
All this happened two days after one of the kids, at the
          school, stole his wallet.  It
was not a good week, and he was upset.
He ended up spending 18 days in juvenile detention, before I
          could get him out.  His
cellmates were kids convicted of rape, robbery, attempted murder,
          etc…  It was a very
          sobering experience for him.  He
was expelled from school and transferred to another.
He has to get counseling, for anger problems, and we go to
          court in several weeks.  With
all this “Politically Correct” stuff going on, and the “thought
police” ready to grab you, a person can’t say anything anymore.
Take heed kids, because you might say something in anger, or in
kidding, and end up like my son. Onto
my article for this month.  Little
Kevin was a “little person”, of course.
He stood about 4 feet tall.
He had worked for Peter Maivia, in the past, and stayed with
us, in case we needed him to work a match.
On any given day, Kevin could be seen riding his bicycle all
          over Honolulu.  Lars used
to kid him about seeing him on Hotel Street, Honolulu’s notorious
          district.  Hotel Street is
full of “hostess bars”, where anything goes, a strip club, dance
club, adult movie establishments, and restaurants.
If you want action, away from Waikiki, this was the spot.
          Don’t believe me?  Just
ask any military person living in Hawaii. After
we had joined forces with New Japan Pro Wrestling, Stu Hart, from
Canada, called Lia and asked for Kevin.
He wanted to work him for several months, with some of the
          “little people” he had.  Lia
called Kevin in, and gave him the good news.
Lia and Lars then spent the next 15 minutes trying to explain
to Kevin that he needed to send 10% of his pay back to the office.
Kevin was a great person, but not too good in the math
          department.  They kept
trying to tell him that if he got $100, he needed to send us $10.
I just sat there, trying not to laugh.
          Finally, Kevin said he understood.
If Stu Hart paid him $100, he would send us $10.
He was given his flight schedule, and tickets, and left to
          pack. |
