SWCW #12 Page #2

With the show on USA drew high ratings, SWCW was still trying to promote cards all over the USA, but the majority of the cards were being held in South Texas, with an occasional show in Ohio. But within the next few months SWCW was going to experience some very tough problems.

First, for no reason the relationship with GCW ended in late July, early August 83. Shows in Texas were declining a bit after this but then the arrival of Butch Miller and Adrian Street it provided fans with some great cards.

Butch Miller teamed with Luke Williams to form a new version of the Sheepherders who were the wildest, craziest and most violent team to ever wrestle in Texas, in a short time they demolished any and every team that came their way.

Along the way they injured many wrestlers and had no regrets about it, they used loaded gloves, chairs, and any object they can use to hurt their foes.

NEXT MONTH:

I will talk about the arrival of Adrian Street and many more top Wrestlers to the area.
